Amazing Love Campus Fellowship (ALCF) began first in Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) in 1995, on the 19th of July. At this point in time, it was known as ALFE, which started with some background, foundation-laying jobs and rooted in prayers, unity and commitment.

On that faithful day of 19th July, 1995, about six student members of the fellowship gathered to pray four times due to strike and offically began full fellowship by the 5th Wednesday gathering on 16th August 1995.

On Wednesday, 23rd August, 1995 the Overseer of Amazing Love Assembly, Bishop A. O. Nwachukwu formally inaugurated the fellowship. It was a grand occasion with some members of the church and instrumentalists in attendance. The day also recorded harvest of souls.

Before this time, the fellowship was duly registered in the school with usual requirements to wit - application forms, registration forms and other documents, the same obtains in every other school where ALCF exists.

Likewise, the formal inauguration of ALCF in other campuses takes the same format as the ESUT chapter. The members usually embark on evangelism, sometimes assited by the church after which when registered, they meet for prayers and infomal fellowship for a period of time before formal inauguration.

At other times, the church takes the initiative of evangelism in campuses where there are no members. That was the case during the missions in the year 2000 in EBSU Campuses among others, where the church visited and evangelised.

ALCF was born out of prayers, dedicated and commited membership and a resolve like Daniel to stand out for God in our various campuses.

The ALCF holds an Annual Convention since 2004, and we have chapters in various higher institutions.
